I do not know about proof point, but I do know that when i was at Bluehost we 
were growing fast enough to want multiple Senior Admins, but we could port four 
or eve times a year and only find someone that had the skills we needed at the 
senior level about once a year.

My guess is that they are constantly trolling and hoping to catch someone.
