all sorts of things.  It does use a flash player for music playback,
though, since its a web interface.  You can use other apps if you want to
install a rich client on all endpoints.  You can also do stuff in jukebox
mode so multiple clients can control what plays out of a machine's
speakers, but I haven't messed with that.
