I mean that in order to support all the projection types I want (vertical on a way, facing south-east, for example) I need to rotate in more than one dimension. Somehow though the z rotation factors right out of the equation, so maybe it is just two-dimensional rotation. Not quite working though. My results aren't matching the results from my other method.
