The extend of my bash knowledge is basically return codes, &&, ;, ||,
arguments, basic loops, and [ 4 -ge $i ] kind of stuff.  It gets the job
done, but it's not much for efficiency or elegance.

I was wondering what resources are out there (books, online tutorials, ect)
for intermediate and advanced shell scripting?
