Doing a dig to your ns servers show they aren't claiming to be authoritative. The flags line should have "aa" as a flag, but it doesn't. I'm not sure how they would fix it, but the server just doesn't think it's authoritative for that domain, and you'll need to contact the administrator to fix it in their DNS server configuration:
