I've always had good luck/experience with pc-pitstop.com for this sort of 
thing. I've used their 4-bay tower enclosure and can recommend it. This 12-bay 
one looks like it's the same but 3x as tall:

You also might want to check out something like SuperMicro's SC826 chassis, 
especially if you need rack-mount. See 
http://www.supermicro.com/products/nfo/chassis_storage.cfm for a good overview 
of what they have.
