** OpenWest 2016 - FINAL CALL - Call for Presenters
------------------------------------------------------------

The Call for Papers ends Saturday, March 19. We'd like to see more
presentations on languages: Python, PHP, C#, Ruby, Perl, etc. This
is an excellent opportunity to share what you've been working on and
get your community fired up! Please submit your proposal between now
and March 19th. Community voting will take place shortly there after
with speaker notifications coming out in April. Help shape the
conference! Submit your paper today!

Please submit your papers at: https://cfp.openwest.org/

** Conference Tickets
------------------------------------------------------------

Ticket sales for the conference started March 14, 2016. I'm excited
to say that we're seeing robust ticket sales at launch. Now, I know
what you're thinking: South Towne Expo is huge, you can delay ticket
purchase. Not so :( . This year we are maximizing their available
wifi, so I still have a hard cap I will need to enforce to make sure
the conference is awesome for everybody. Take Home: limited tickets
-- get yours now! Since 2012, the OpenWest conference tickets have
sold out, and despite the new venue, we believe this year will be no
exception. As we have excellent events and speakers planned for this
year we encourage you to buy your tickets early.
