I have a friend who has a WordPress site. He is wanting to find a consultant who will do some work on the site for him. He wants to add a shopping cart plugin that ties into a PayPal account, do some general updating on the site which may include some content updates, as well as perhaps some UX suggestions to help improve visitor experience.
