That has been my interpretation. The plural being used for plugin API type problems as opposed to a specific included plugin. It might get a bit unwieldy dealing with third party stuff in there. Especially with requests. Third party enhancement response is spotty since most third party is designed based on a personal need or availability of some free time and a moment of inspiration. I used 'stop' becuase I knew I needed some way to tell the server to stop adding tracks. I'll have to look around for other options.
