Thanks both... James, it was your site I tried last night and couldn't get connected to, but all seems to be working fine now.
As for the status of the plug-in, mine was working ok at the start of this week but only at "off-peak" times (like 3am in the morning). Will let you know if I have any success with it following a reinstall. Thanks again.
