Allan, the default Max Submissions should be 1 these days, that'll try to submit each track. The error you're now seeing is what we normally see if AudioScrobbler goes down: SlimScrobbler will retry at least every couple of hours, so if you haven't got a successful update in a few hours time then you may have some other issue (firewall?)
