You/someone could write/adapt a plugin like the Shoutcast one to screen-scrape the website and grab the URLs.
Shoutcast is a bad example as it's not fetching any website but gets its content from a single, well formed XML file...
I do a lot of screen scraping in the biography/review plugins. And it's an ugly way to go: they change little bits in their code and your favourite plugin doesn't work any more. I hate the day they do it at allmusic.com :-/.
