hi, i got a squeezebox2 with slimserver 6.1.0b and i am wondering if there is any plugin to map squeezebox remote control buttons to keyboard shortcuts on my slimserver?
my idea is as follows: my pc with the slimserver also serves as video-server and plays videos via copper cable to my tv in the living room. sometimes i want to start, stop or pause a film, so i have to go to the keyboard in my working room, which is quite a way ;-) - so it would be fun if i could remote control my media player via the squeezebox and slim server. is there any possibility for this szenario? i found the winamp control plugin but did not made it running. the plugin is not shown in the server plugin list. :-( - since winamp could play videos as well i thought i had the answer, but i did not. -- gelb _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/plugins
