I use a pocketpc to control slimserver, which is really nice as a state
of the art remote control. The handheld skin however seems to do weird
stuff occasionally: sometimes with an automatic refresh from the status
page I get message from the webserver that an illegal request has been

What server version? I've never seen this... and I'm using it on both my PDA and my desktop (in a sidebar).

made. The weirdest thing that happens is sometimes the playcue gets

corrupted using the handheld skin. I admit having fumbled around a bit
with the handheld skin, basically copying the handheld skin from
\server\HTML to SlimServer\server\Plugins\MusicMagic\HTML to see if I
could get nicer html on the music magic pages on the handheld.

Do you experience the same problem when using the standard, stock Handheld skin? What happens if you disable the MMM plugin?

Is this because the web browser and handheld skin are not 100%
compatible? How can I troubleshoot this weird behaviour?

There's imho no sucht thing as 100% compatibility. And I have to admit that I don't have PocketIE to test the skin with (I'm using Opera).

Is there a request to change the handheld skin to support the music
magic plugin further?

I wouldn't know of a request. And as I don't use MMM I don't know it's special needs. :-/
