Hi Michael,

The file is in C:\Program Files\SlimServer\server\Plugins\StringEditor.
At the time I was running slim.exe in non-service mode under the
Administrator user account, although I have started running it as a
service since this problem occurred.  As mentioned, I could open the
file in Notepad with the same user account.  I've just given
Authenticated Users full control of this file just to be sure.
