well, I'm not really sure how that can be happening really. The code simply looks in the scripts dir, and loads the list of files found there. It only ignores cvs and html files. There is no code to navigate deeper, and no reason I can see for a file in the scripts dir to be invisible. I do often feel that windows does annoying automatic things, but navigating directory trees is a new one :)

I'll try some tests today and see if I can find anything. At the very least, I'll drop in some debugging that might help you see more of what is going on.
