I'm a bit confused as to what you are trying to do here (main computer??? box downloaded the software from ...???), but you need to get your Squeezbox to connect to the slimserver. "Player not found" means that slimserver can't find any SB that are connected to it. So back to the SB, and run through the setup on that again.
