I have connected my desktop PC directly to the internet router - that undeniably bypasses ISA (had to allocated different IP address, manually specify DNS servers, all that sort of stuff). Unfortunately, I still have the same results (see below). I am pretty sure that the versions of cook3260.dll, pncrt.dll and mplayer.exe are all proven elsewhere!?!?! Looks like I need to dig a bit deeper into what other dependencies mplayer has? As ever, ideas welcome.
