Dan - same problem with the listen again streams. My XP (SP2) firewall is always off. The initial "cache fill" gets to about 18.75% and then stops. Indeed whatever mplayer feeds (via named pipe?) doesn't seem to be working. Does the following name look ok for a pipe?
