Dan - same problem with the listen again streams.  My XP (SP2) firewall
is always off.  The initial "cache fill" gets to about 18.75% and then
stops.  Indeed whatever mplayer feeds (via named pipe?) doesn't seem to
be working.

Does the following name look ok for a pipe?

...could mean a pipe problem - 10054 seems to confirm this, but I don't
know how to debug it.  I guess the pipe is created at run-time so
reinstalling is probably not necessary...
