One thing that tripped me up when I installed a new Squeezebox a few weeks ago: I forgot to set the limit on the bandwidth (ie turn on the on-the-fly server side format conversion. Streaming raw data over my 802.11b wifi was too much, and so even the listen again streams would break up after a while.
