Good to know that many people have no problems but it seems there is
some bug remaining and both Linux and Windows users are experiencing
it. I have a further mod to the patch but I don't want to release it
just yet as it could result in too many version of Mplayer in use.
Regarding waldy and the compilation

As the error happens just after a "}" and at the lowest level of braces
my only suggestion is that somewhere a "{" has been deleted probably
near the patch code. Perhaps a cut & paste was one character short. I
had this sort of problem yesterday only with a "}" deleted.
