Quoting Dogmatix <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>:

Ok. When 6.2 gets fully released, I guess I'll move on up.

well, 6.2 isn't much different from 6.1.2 builds as far as stability these days,
but I can accept that.

The 6.1 version of the alarms should still be working for 6.1.2 builds.
Since AlarmPlugin1 is a problem, just dump it. I'm not able to check it right
now. Open up AlarmPlugin.pm in wordpad (or your favourite text editor), look
for line 14.

Change it from:
package Plugins::AlarmPlugin;
to:
package Plugins::AlarmPlugin1;

Then save as Plugins/AlarmPlugin1.pm

That's all you need to change, and it should work for you. Given your blanks
screens problem with the main alarm, I suspect a download problem. The line
endings are critical for the text that you see on the screen. The files
requies unix-style line endings. Some windows downloads can interfere with
this and convert them to windows line endings. Try right clicking the link and
choose "save target as", or "save link as".

AlarmPlugin.pm (v1.120) should definitely be working. I have tried it out this
morning with the latest nightly of 6.1.2.
