When providing feedback - can you state whether
1. Garbled at some point but cleared up without any actions.
2. Garbled and stayed garbled so action was taken (e.g. rewind, pause)
- if this is the case how long did you wait before taking action ?
3. No garbling (you have been lucky and/or probably listen at off peak
hours/weekends)

The problem is due to packets being unable to be sent probably due to
network congestion so it seems to be most prevalent weekdays 7am-9am,
11.45am-2.00pm and 5pm-7pm and I think mainly on R1 and R4.
