Im pretty much finding the same, but now it seems to work ok if running as a service too.
When the server is started I can see the plugin, and I can see lots of missing strings (including plugins strings), after translating just one, all the missing plugin strings do not appear anymore and many of the menu options are shown as blank (I need to restart the server to be able to have it working again). Any idea? I will upload some screen shots.
