FWIW, my experience with 1.0.0: I still have to press Play twice to get the stream to start. The first time, I just get the Song Title "LastFM" with the VU meters all at the bottom. Pressing Play again then starts the stream and artist/title display as expected...
It appears this only happens when first starting a stream, as I had to restart slimserver in order to reproduce the problem.
