It's possible the URL in AlienBBC is out of date. I found the URL by going to the DW site http://www.dw-world.de. There is a DW-Radio box on the RHS. Click on the "Now live" option and it opens offering a Real or WMA audio stream. Click on the Real stream modem option and it presents an in-line player and a "No plugin - external player" option. Right click over the external player option and you can copy the link location.
