Mplayer uses RealAudio libraries (cook3260, sipr3260 etc.) and AFAIK
there are no version of these libararies for MIPS arch. I checked as I
have an Asus WL-HDD which is Broadcom chip based (MIPS arch).

The helix project (https://helixcommunity.org) is supposed to build
version of HelixPlayer/RealPlayer for MIPS but nobody seems to have
bothered. If they do you could grab the libraries from it.

You can get the source of the libraries for personal development as
long as you sign away your life that you won't use the libraries to
transcode.
