Thanks for the suggestions. Some time ago there was discussion on how
the plugin should function for upcoming/active/final game information
display. Everyone has their opinion and preference, and ultimately the
current behavior/options were settled upon. If there is a common
consenus to add this I can look into it, but right now I'm reluctant to
reopen Pandora's box and start adding new display timing options.
I don't mind the existing behavior; it seems about right to me.
I'll look into cycling the top line display info. It's a bit tricky
since the time display length can vary if there are
upcoming/active/completed games.
Would it be possible (as an option) to make the weather reports work
just like the time and game score displays? So no top line in that case,
just something else to alternate: current time, tonight's weather,
tomorrow's weather, game scores, etc. That would also make the weather
reports readable from across the room, like the time/temp and game scores.
Just a thought. My kids love the plugin, BTW, and don't like it when I'm
connected to SqueezeNetwork and only have the current time when the
player is "off". They want to see the weather and the Knicks scores!
