A couple of choices come to mind:

1. Allow the user to select two of wind speed, RH, or barometric
pressure. The wind speed can actually use a good amount of screen real
estate, so the pressure should be able to fit in its place if desired.
If all three are desired, then there might have to be scrolling
involved, but then things get complicated if there's also sports to
report (which for me, there always is :-)

2. As a replacement for the forecast in the small line above the large
font. As an aside, I'd rather see the forecast implemented as an entire
new screen (like sports). It is now only good for the next 12-hour
block; for me I'd rather see tomorrow's forecast when I'm home in the
evening, rather than the forecast for "tonight" when I'll be in bed and
won't care. Having "tonight and tomorrow's" forecast would be much more
useful on a separate screen, and you could even design cute little icons
for cloudy/sunny/rainy etc. if you have copious free time.

3. Use a smaller font for all the weather data. This would preclude
reading across the room, but again this could be a choice if the user
wants all the data. If the display is completely bitmapped, then maybe
the clock can be in a large font and all the weather data in a smaller
font.

These are just some ideas; I'd be just as happy to have it among the
choices when selecting what data to display, with a limitation that the
user can only select "three of the following four" data elements or some
similar restriction to allow the data to fit.
