To make you happy, when I have a chance I'll look again at the code and see how easily this can be done. Last time I looked it would require some kludges that I didn't want to introduce.
I have not yet come across a windspeed of 0 to test things on. My guess is that it didn't parse properly and that's why you got the blank reading. If you see it again, please try to get the HTML for this case so I can cover it.
