Here's the zip Various elements are hardcoded for me. If this is found to be more generally useful I can tidy it up somewhat.
The plugin is called RateMe.pm and it's the only thing that needs to be in the plugin directory. The other stuff probably should be elsewhere - it's the script to process the recorded ratings and update the flac headers.
