Odd indeed. Could you confirm that that the left hand frame when you select the XM Radio link is completely blank? Not even the Slim Devices logo at the top?
What browser are you using? IE6 I assume? If so, could you please try going into Tools->Internet Options->Advanced and turn on "Display a notification of every script error". Let me know if anything pops up with that.
