Which version of Slimscrobbler and slimserver are you using? 0.34 Slimscrobbler (the latest official) works against 6.2.x. However the development trunk of slimserver (6.5) breaks it. I'm working on patching it up so when 6.5 is released there will be a working version of slimscrobbler. If you want to play with development releases of slimserver you'll either have to put up with no slimscrobbler for the time being. If you're a developer and want to help let me know and I'll let you know where I am with this.
