Hey there - I've found that in order to get SlimScrobbler to work properly on OSX (in my case 10.4.4), you'll need to put the SlimScrobbleSupport folder and the Scrobbler.pm file into the SlimServer prefpane - as has been mentioned, anytime you upgrade to a new version of the server (in my case, every day) you'll have to manually insert those files into the prefpane again. It's a pain in the tail, but unfortunately there are some dependencies and/or paths that are a little screwed up and this is the only way I've been able to make it work for myself.
Full path to where they need to be should be along the lines of...
