POWER ON and POWER OFF events. It seems to work. I'm using it to send
messages to a CM11A OXC, which in turn sends commands to an X-10 module

Look good.I had updated the version for 6.5 builds with these features,
but what you've posted will work for 6.2 builds. I'll put that online
as well until 6.5 is official.
