I haven't noticed a slow down, to be honest? Is anyone else getting this? As I'm now doing a comparison against a new column, it could easily slow things down if a full table scan and sort was needed. A new index would probably help here. I'm using MySQL these days, so I'd get different performance results anyway.
We're not quite there yet with fixing the randomness. I think I've made it only pick from tracks that you've played since the last rescan! I need to do (lastPlayed IS NULL OR lastPlayed < x). Sadly, I don't know how to do this using the API atm. Help wanted!
