Dwhitby, What version of ZA were you using ? I've been runnning test using trial versions of ZA and I found that the problem seems to be caused by the IMSecure component as I had no problems with ZoneAlarm or ZoneAlarm pro but problems with ZoneAlarm Security suite and IMSecure Pro.
