I've intstalled a codec pack - the one described as 'windows-all'. When I say installed, I mean unzipped the file I downloaded, and placed the contents into the 'codecs' directory in the mplayer folder. I use this code to play the station. mplayer.exe -vo null -cache 32 rtsp://streaming.rte.ie/encoder/radio1.rm I went looking for a newer beta version, but couldn't find one to download on the mplayer site.
