But I am probably not the right person to ask since I have little knowledge how skins really work. I managed to implement the IR Blaster plugin web-gui with some great help from kdf and others who know much more about the inner working of skins. Also right now there is an ongoing effort to switch skins to use more css and less tables and hopefully integrating webpages into the web-gui from a plugin will be easier in the future.
