FRAMES should only work with video sources so perhaps they fixed the code.
This is RealAudio specific. RTSP URLS can have a start and end parameter which takes the time of day. In saved streams the time starts at 00:00:00.0 and start and end can control how much is delivered but it doesn't seem to work with live streams.
