Having a similar problem here.. JVC mini system is an FS-2000. I tried captured codes as well as a file that seemed to match that wasn't raw.
When I looked at the remote and the emitter with my camera, the remote looked much brighter (even though the batteries are years old)... I'm using a Xantech emitter (282M) I had lying around - should it work ?
