I think I know what the problem is. I had an index.html file for each supported skin in release 1.8 and earlier, but in release 1.9 I decided to change this so the index.html file were common for all skins.
The problem is that you probably just unziped the new version over the previous, so you probably have the index.html files from the old release left. I think this problem existed in release 1.8 and earlier.
