You would need to create multiple LastFM accounts. Then assign them to players in the SlimScrobbler plugin settings. Then set the LastFM plugin option to use SlimsScrobbler login settings. (Now having said that I'm not entirely sure I wrote the plugin to do this correctly but I can fix that pretty easily!) Also your two LastFM accounts will inevitably not end up with the same listening data which may or may not be a problem...
