What I have done is use playlists to get quick access to my favourite BBC programs, creating one playlist per program, and grouping the playlists into folders (Drama, Music, etc.).
I just use Save Playlist from the Web interface (when a programme is playing) or a plugin on the SB to save the plalist. The basic folder for my BBC playlists is called Alienstream, and sits inside the folder set for playlists in the server settings.
