I've just installed the Windows AlienBBC Experimental install pack for SlimServer 6.2, but I don't see the plugin in SlimServer and 'Test mplayer.bat' gives a bunch of 'Failed to connect to server with AF_INET' messages for the URLs followed by a 'File not found' error for the playlist file - although if I put the playlist file URL into my browser it opens and plays OK.
