Just had a crash using the album review plugin with a very recent rev of
6.5. Not sure if it's the inability to resolve the host name
www.allmusic.com, or perhaps a consequence of that.
There's been a big change of the AsyncHTTP stuff recently. I've
experienced problems in other places, too (eg. Shoutcast). I'm still
trying to understand what's wrong with it.
I'll have to check the plugins. Thanks for the report.
2006-03-28 02:41:32.4971 Slim::Web::HTTP::escape has been deprecated in
favor of
Slim::Utils::Misc::escape(). Please update your calls!
This one should be easy.
Can't use an undefined value as a SCALAR reference at C:/Program
Files/SlimServer/server/Slim/Web/HTTP.pm line 1166.
I'm pretty sure this is all due to those changes I mentioned. I'll have to
dig through the code to see what's going wrong. Either it's something
going wrong because of the name resolution failure or AsyncHTTP behaving
differently in case of problems. We'll see...
