check in Plugins/RandomPlay/HTML. make sure that the ONLY folder under that is EN. Any others should be deleted. A restart of the server will also be needed, or the page will just be drawn from cached versions.
if that fails, attach the view source output. screencaps won't be needed for the rest fo this.
