There are two strange things I noticed when I installed it last weekend:
1) When you download from CVS, the SlimScrobbler and LastFM plugins
were inside a folder called SlimScrobbler. Those two folders need to
be at the "root" of the plgins folder, not the enclosing folder.
2) The plugin doesn't work when it is in ~/Library/SlimDevices/
Plugins -- It needs to go in the Plugins folder inside the
Preference pane.
