Clarification - the playlists I can find with Browse Folders are in the designated Playlists folder (defined in Server Settings), but I don't see them under Browse Playlists. Also, when I save new playlists, they don't seem to be showing up (written to disk) where they should - I think I found a conversation/bug initiated by Mark Lanctot regarding this, but found it difficult to follow - where does this stand now?
