After not touching the code for two years (!!!) I've finally gotten around to updating my Automata screen saver to work with SlimServer 6.2, and the latest Squeezeboxen.
Automata generates one-dimensional cellular automata on the Squeezebox display. It works best on SBG or SB2/3, but will also work in text mode (although two rows of cells are not very exciting ;).
